Your Responsibilities
At EY ifb, you take responsibility in international projects and actively shape complex SAP transformation initiatives. You apply your experience in a targeted way – ranging from strategic advisory to the implementation of innovative solutions for our clients in the financial services sector. You work closely with senior decision‑makers and continuously develop both our service portfolio and your own professional profile. Within our team, your responsibilities include in particular:
- (Partial) Project Leadership: Managing and driving mid‑sized to large transformation projects in the area of S/4HANA Finance, especially for banks, insurance companies, and the Wealth & Asset Management sector, including internal functional leadership.
- Requirements Analysis: Assessing and optimising business requirements and processes within banks and insurance companies.
- SAP Implementation: Designing and implementing SAP solutions, including roadmaps and target operating models.
- Strategic Advisory: Acting as a sparring partner for CFOs, CROs, and CIOs on key strategic decisions.
- Business Development: Contributing to the development of our service offerings and actively supporting project acquisition efforts.
Your Skillset
- At least 7–10 years of professional experience in the finance environment, including several years of hands‑on experience in SAP Finance / S/4HANA, with proven responsibility for leading SAP implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly within the FI/CO and AP/AR modules.
- Excellent English skills, strong leadership and communication capabilities, as well as international project experience and willingness to travel.
