As a Senior Manager in Banking Finance with a focus on Financial Bank Planning for SAP IP/BPC/SAC-Planning, you are part of a growing team, bringing in your professional and technical expertise and advising companies on the design and implementation of solutions for their digital (planning) transformation.
 
With your expertise in planning, you shape strategies that improve the business processes of our clients. You present effective planning solutions and demonstrate ways to optimize processes during projects and workshops. As a specialist in your field, you enrich our team with your practical experience and willingly share your knowledge with the younger team members. In your role, you will play a significant part in the development of solutions that are created in close cooperation with the client's key personnel and are aligned with both the current and future system architecture. Your responsibilities include:
  • Collaborative Solution Development: You coordinate the creation of solutions by precisely analyzing the client's needs and keeping an eye on the milestones and the availability of project resources.
  • Project Leadership: Once you have familiarized yourself with the processes, you will lead challenging projects or play a leading role in them.
  • Conceptualization and Design: You design both IT and business-specific concepts based on the individual requirements of the clients, charting the path to the final solution.
  • Practical Implementation: You are responsible for implementing the solutions into the client's IT systems, supported by the previously developed concepts.
  • Quality Assurance and Implementation Support: You accompany the testing phase, support the roll-out, and assist the client during the go-live.
  • Innovation and Client Engagement: You introduce your own ideas for improving industry-specific solutions, promote the further development of our products, and support both the acquisition of new projects and the care of our clients at home and abroad.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

  • In-depth professional understanding of financial controlling/banking regulation with approximately 10 years of work experience
  • Solid, practical knowledge of business planning processes
  • Experience in the technical design and implementation of SAP software or planning solutions (SAP IP/BPC or SAC Planning)
  • Strong communication skills, sociability, ability to work in a team, and a high customer orientation
  • Fluent in German and English
