Your Responsibilities
In our Strategy and Organizational Consulting division, you support financial service providers in realigning their business and IT strategies and successfully implementing transformations. You work closely with our clients to develop clear target visions, modern operating models, and solution-oriented concepts for an ever-evolving industry. You rely on analytical strength, structured methods, and true teamwork - and become part of an environment that both supports and challenges you. In our team, you will take on diverse tasks, including:
- You think ahead and proactively: As part of our interdisciplinary team, you actively address our clients’ questions and find solutions before others even recognize the issues.
- You develop strategies: In a dynamic financial world, you shape new business, IT, and digitalization strategies and directly contribute your ideas to our clients’ ongoing development.
- You create future visions: Using modern, interactive moderation and communication methods, you develop compelling visions, innovative concepts, and sustainable solutions.
- You lead transformations: With our architecture-based transformation framework, you guide clients confidently through complex change processes.
- You take responsibility: Early in your career, you actively contribute to shared success and grow both professionally and personally beyond your limits.
Your Skillset
- Strong academic background & initial consulting experience: Excellent university degree in a relevant field (e.g., business psychology, sociology, communication, (business) mathematics, natural or economic sciences) plus at least one year of experience in strategy, corporate, or organizational development.
- Personal competencies: High motivation, self-organization, and commitment; you work solution- and service-oriented, take responsibility, and possess strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Methodological and team skills: You are an empathetic team player, present confidently, and have experience with agile project methods as well as modern moderation and workshop formats such as Design Thinking.
