As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) in the Finance & Operations field, specializing in Financial Bank Planning for SAP IP/BPC/SAC Planning, you will be part of a growing team, leveraging your technical and subject-matter expertise to advise companies on designing and implementing solutions for their digital planning transformation. You will develop solution strategies for clients, optimizing their business processes based on your experience in planning. You will present planning solutions and opportunities for planning optimization to clients by customer projects and workshops. As an (aspiring) expert in your field, you will support our team with your practical experience and have a mindset of sharing knowledge with junior colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Executing challenging customer projects and taking on partial or project management roles after a suitable onboarding period
  • Creating design solutions, as well as IT and functional concepts that capture the specific business context of our clients and describe the transformation path towards the target solution
  • Implementing the target solution in IT systems based on the respective design
  • Providing support during testing, roll-out, and go-live of the planning solution
  • Contributing to the optimization of industry-specific solutions and the further development of our products as well as assisting in project acquisition and providing support to our national and international clients

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

  • Basic understanding in the field of financial controlling/bank management
  • Initial practical knowledge of business planning processes
  • Experience in the technical design and implementation of SAP software or planning solutions (SAP IP/BPC or SAC Planning)
  • Excellent communication skills, sociability, teamwork ability as well as a high level of customer orientation
