What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime

As a Senior Consultant / Manager (f/m/d) SAP BW in the "Data and Analytics - Implementation Management" area, you will take on both leading and executing roles in the design of data models, maintenance, and processing in our BW projects. You will actively support the implementation, including complex ABAP & SQL developments. Internally, you drive product developments in the data warehouse environment independently and also support the training of new employees.
  • Leading (sub-)projects for the implementation of SAP BW (Classic, OnHANA, and BW/4HANA)
  • Handling technical and professional tasks across the entire spectrum of activities, including migrations from BW to BW/4HANA
  • Future responsibility for the development and expansion of the subject area and expertise in our company
  • Creation of IT concepts that incorporate the specific professional background of our clients and describe a feasible implementation of the professional requirements integrated into the overall architecture
  • Subsequent implementation in the IT systems based on the concept
  • Participation in the acquisition of projects and support of our national and international clients

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

  • A very good university degree in computer science, mathematics, or a natural science.
  • At least four years of professional experience in a management consultancy or as an in-house consultant specializing in the implementation of SAP BW.
  • Experience in data warehousing as well as multidimensional and relational data modeling. Comprehensive knowledge of all layers from ETL to reporting in SAP BW.
  • Expertise in at least one object-oriented and one declarative programming language as well as in the areas of controlling, accounting, or risk management (desirable).
  • Extensive project or sub-project management experience in BW implementation projects with a financial focus and on topics such as capital and risk management, asset liability management, liquidity control, refinancing strategy, and integrated group and business segment management
