Your Responsibilities
Banking meets AI: We are expanding our consulting services for the use of artificial intelligence in risk management, treasury and regulatory reporting. We use AI both to develop software and business solutions and to build AI applications deployed directly in banking processes. Our solutions must be designed and documented so that business teams, internal audit and supervisory authorities can understand how they work. Your responsibilities include:
- Develop AI applications for banking: You develop AI solutions for risk management, treasury and regulatory reporting, for example to analyse key metrics, review data and processes, generate reports and automate workflows.
- Design and orchestrate AI agents: You develop multi-agent AI systems and define their tasks, interactions, access rights and the integration of human decision-making.
- Implement software and business solutions using AI: You use AI and coding agents for specification-driven software development and for IDV and ZDV solutions, ensuring appropriate documentation, testability and operation in compliance with applicable requirements.
- Support banking projects from implementation through to operations: You support the implementation of standard software and apply AI to requirements analysis, data mapping, configuration, test cases and parallel runs. Depending on the project, you work on solution design, prototyping or the transition to operations.
- Address regulatory requirements and share knowledge: You ensure transparent and auditable solutions, taking into account the EU AI Act, MaRisk and DORA. You work closely with our clients’ business and IT teams, facilitate workshops and support knowledge transfer.
Your Skillset
- You have successfully completed a Diplom or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, economics or a comparable discipline.
- You bring at least two years of professional experience in a consulting firm, bank or technology company, along with in-depth knowledge of at least one area of risk management or bank management.
- You have developed LLM applications or AI agents yourself. You are proficient in Python or a comparable programming language, as well as SQL, and regularly work with AI coding tools. Ideally, you are familiar with RAG, spec-driven development and modern data and cloud platforms.
