Your Responsibilities
We are an interdisciplinary data science team delivering exciting projects in the areas of banking, insurance, and asset management. We develop innovative AI, GenAI, and agentic‑AI solutions, build modern data architectures, and automate data pipelines. Using technologies such as Python, R, and cloud‑based platforms, we create practical solutions and an environment where you can contribute and further develop your expertise. In our team, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Parameterization and development of AI, GenAI, and agentic‑AI models for demanding client projects.
- Design and implementation of architecture and infrastructure solutions on modern, cloud‑based data platforms.
- Analysis, cleansing, and visualization of complex datasets to derive relevant insights.
- Automation of data import processes from various sources into platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS.
- Optimization and further development of existing data pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient data processing.
Your Skillset
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, as well as a basic understanding of how data pipelines are built.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex topics in an audience‑appropriate way, ideally with expertise in areas such as bank management, risk management, or controlling.
- Experience in data organization and data analysis using both modern and traditional tools (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), along with excellent German and English skills.
