As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) in the field of Risk & Regulation with a focus on quantitative risk management, you support the implementation of state-of-the-art concepts, design complex analyses, and test new approaches using prototyping. Additionally, you are actively involved in projects and workshops with clients. You will take on the following tasks:
  • Developing concepts to address technical issues in (Re)Insurance, Pricing, Risk Management, and ALM
  • Creating prototypes and conducting quantitative analyses using customer data
  • Project management and providing technical support for implementation projects, as well as creating customer presentations
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts on cross-cutting issues.
  • Facilitating discussions with experts and clients and monitoring regulatory developments in the EU and worldwide

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

  • A degree in natural sciences and an additional qualification in actuarial science or insurance industry
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in actuarial projects, insurance modeling, pricing and risk management
  • Good knowledge of economic valuation methods and insurance products Experience in using reserving software and tools such as SAS, Python, R, or similar
  • Initial experience in risk measurement and management, solvency systems, and insurance asset-liability management
  • Fluent in German and English and willingness to travel
