Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant (w/m/d) in the field of insurance with a focus on finance, you will actively shape the conception of modern reporting solutions together with the customer, transfer the requirements into implementation and validate their correctness by acceptance tests. You will take on a variety of tasks:
  • Support in the implementation and development of reports as well as automated report generation.
  • Support of accounting principles during the development of reporting solutions
  • Transformation related to ledger conversions.
  • Development and implementation of regulatory requirements in the context of sustainability / ESG.

Your Skillset

  • Completed degree in (Business) Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field, along with at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry (accounting, consulting, or audit) and solid knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS, German GAAP (HGB), or Solvency II.
  • Understanding of data modelling as well as operational and technical processes related to financial reporting, the closing process, and finance and risk systems within insurance or investment organizations. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, combined with a willingness to travel.
