Your Responsibilities
In our team, you will connect IT risk management, regulation, and technology, working on topics that are truly shaping today’s banking industry. We support our clients from conceptual analysis through to technical implementation, developing robust governance and IT solutions for topics such as DORA and artificial intelligence. You can expect an environment with strong subject‑matter depth, real scope for shaping outcomes, and a clear focus on delivery and implementation. In this role, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities:
- You design and implement advanced strategies to further develop IT risk management functions through technological innovations such as artificial intelligence and blockchain. In doing so, you support our clients in meeting regulatory requirements while jointly unlocking new business opportunities.
- You lead consulting projects with a focus on IT regulation and support clients in building a robust regulatory foundation for the use of technologies such as AI and cryptocurrencies.
- You manage complex implementation projects and actively contribute to the technical execution. Leveraging your programming skills, you help deliver innovative solutions that position our clients as technologically advanced and secure.
- You share your expertise through knowledge transfer sessions and trainings, strengthening our clients’ and their teams’ ability to confidently navigate current regulatory and technological developments and to remain resilient against cyber threats.
Your Skillset
- A completed university degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience in (audit‑related) consulting for financial institutions, with a focus on IT compliance.
- Hands-on experience in implementing IT regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA) and in closing regulatory gaps; a strong technical understanding to manage complex projects, ideally complemented by programming skills or experience with platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, a deep understanding of regulatory challenges and technological developments in the financial services industry, and fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
