As a Manager in Regulatory Reporting at EY ifb, you will be an integral part of our team, helping financial institutions navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Your role will involve understanding and implementing reporting requirements, ensuring that our clients meet their obligations effectively and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
 
  • Advisory Services: Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, including the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), statistical reports, and sustainability reporting to help clients comply.
  • Business Analysis: Understand regulations and conduct business analyses to identify clients' specific needs - be the translator between the business and IT departments 
  • Customized Implementation Concepts: Develop tailored implementation concepts that meet each client's unique needs, designing solutions that fit their operational frameworks.
  • Modern Reporting Architectures: Establish and implement reporting architectures that improve efficiency and accuracy, leveraging technology for streamlined data collection.
  • Testing Support: Assist in testing activities to ensure that systems and processes related to regulatory requirements function correctly.
  • Project Management: Manage project work packages or oversee entire projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while coordinating with teams and stakeholders.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

  • Master’s degree (or similar), preferably with prior banking experience
  • +6 years of comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements in the financial sector
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data processing and visualization
  • Ideally expertise in Regulatory Reporting solutions (e.g. from invoke/Regnology, Sopra Steria, Moody‘s, Wolters Kluver)
  • Proven project management experience in implementing regulatory demands
  • In-depth understanding of financial products and their technical representation
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English; knowledge of German is a plus
