Your Responsibilities
Our team within the Data & Analytics Chapter is shaping the future of data and reporting landscapes. We develop strategies for modern, AI-optimised data management platforms, design advanced finance and risk architectures, and leverage innovative technologies such as SAP FSPL, BDC, Snowflake, Databricks and S/4HANA. Together with our clients, we create solutions that meet regulatory requirements while improving efficiency and transparency. As part of our team, you will take on a variety of responsibilities:
- Independently lead data platform or data integration projects: You will be responsible for migrating existing middleware solutions to data warehouse and data lakehouse solutions, for example using Snowflake and Databricks, including ML or AI applications.
- Design and implement robust integration architectures: You will integrate third-party and legacy systems and ensure seamless data processing.
- Act as a Solution Architect: You will be the main point of contact for our clients, internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders, actively shaping the technical solution.
- Ensure quality and conduct architecture reviews: You will support all project phases and ensure quality through regular reviews and adherence to quality gates.
- Drive strategic communication with senior leadership: You will work closely with our clients’ management and EY ifb management to achieve our projects’ strategic objectives.
Your Skillset
- Several years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing modern data platforms, as well as in data engineering, data integration and scalable data architectures.
- Solid project experience with Databricks (including lakehouse architectures, Apache Spark/PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake and data pipelines) and/or Snowflake (including cloud data warehousing, data platform architecture, data modelling, and ETL/ELT and integration processes).
- Experience in providing technical leadership for complex data and integration projects, leading workstreams, mentoring less experienced team members, and coordinating with architecture, IT and business teams, including management-level stakeholders.
