As a Manager (f/m/d) in the field of Accounting with a focus on Business Analysis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), you will advise our clients on creating efficient processes and optimized data management in accounting. These serve as a foundation for meeting regulatory requirements, for corporate management and planning, and for operational business transactions. In doing so, you make a valuable contribution to the sustainable success of our clients. In this context, you will take on a variety of tasks:
  • Consulting on the E2E design of accounting/finance processes in ERP in banking/finance
  • Taking responsibility for the system-related design of processes in medium-sized or large client projects
  • Efficient data and process management for the sustainable implementation of operational and regulatory requirements in finance
  • Analysis and modeling of processes to identify weaknesses and potential for improvement
  • You are a contact person for our clients, take on tasks in the acquisition of projects, and drive the further development of our services internally and "on-the-job"

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

  • A successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering with a focus on banking/finance or IT, or a comparable field of study.
  • At least five years of professional experience in the design of E2E processes of ERP with a focus on accounting in banking/finance.
  • Comprehensive experience in mapping processes of general ledger and asset accounting, controlling, accounts payable and receivable accounting.
  • Experience in adjacent ERP components such as procurement and supplier management, logistics, or inventory management is advantageous.
  • Extensive expertise in SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or a comparable ERP software solution. In-depth knowledge in the area of accounting/finance, preferably in a bank, financial services company, consulting firm, or auditing company.
  • Fluent in German and English and willing to travel extensively.
