EY ifb is part of the global EY Professional Services organization. EY ifb is a leading European Consulting firm specializing in Financial Accounting and Financial Risk. EY ifb is looking to employ graduates with Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Networks, Data Analytics, Cloud/AI or Software Development related Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees for an entry level junior consulting position. We would like to immerse you into the exciting world of Consulting and Digital Transformations. EY ifb focus is introducing digital and financial transformation solutions utilizing innovative IT, Cloud, Data, AI and Business applications for Banks and insurance companies.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT – Challenging work, with opportunities for International business travel

As you start your Consultant career, you will receive comprehensive trainings in finance, accounting, data, analytics, cloud/AI and other topics within our New Joiners 8-week Consultant trainings. You will be learning alongside other EY ifb graduates hired as part of the same hiring intake. New Joiner training (NJT) includes theoretical and practice “hands on” exercises, the latter undertaken in small teams. After completing NJT, your Junior Consultant career path and initial yearly goals will be discussed and mutually agreed. Next Junior Consultants join a team where you will apply your newly developed skills and knowledge directly at a client engagement. 
  • You may use your knowledge of metadata to map data into industrialized data models or develop descriptive and predictive analytics while referencing data from complex virtualized views or developing code using existing APIs or creating new APIs.  
  • You will learn how to diagnose and debug business applications’ technology related problems based on your new data model or process models knowledge and applications understanding. 
  • You also might be part of a financial transformation project, as you and your EY ifb team introduces standardized business processes and financial regulatory controls to manage large Corporations’ financials more efficiently.

WHAT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE - YOUR SKILLS will shape an exciting future

  • Good University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master, PhD) in either Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Communication Networks, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Cloud & Advanced Computing, or a similar degree.  
  • Strong analytical mindset. 
  • Creative and independent working habits. 
  • Good work ethic and are detailed orientated. 
  • Grasp concepts and quickly breakdown complex topics into their constitute parts. 
  • Keen interest in finance or data & analytics or the latest Cloud/AI apps and related technologies. 
  • Enjoy working with others on a common goal. 
  • Like occasional International travel to meet Clients or attend Company events. 
  • Bilingual (with C1 or C2 level English language skills).
