Your Responsibilities
We are a specialized consulting team dedicated to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. Our mission is to design and deliver innovative planning, forecasting, and reporting architectures that empower finance organizations to make data-driven decisions. Collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement are at the core of how we work. To strengthen our presence in France, we’re looking for a passionate professional to join our team and help shape the future of EPM solutions. In our team, you will take on a variety of tasks, including:
- Process Design: Design budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Business Requirements: Run workshops with finance teams, perform fit/gap analyses, and define KPI frameworks.
- Planning Models: Develop driver-based forecasts and scenario analyses.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build management reports and dashboards.
- Change Management: Train business users and introduce best practices.
Your Skillset
- Finance & FP&A Expertise: Several years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance consulting, combined with a solid understanding of IFRS and management reporting.
- EPM & Analytical Skills: Familiarity with EPM platforms (Tagetik, SAP, SAP SAC, Oracle, Anaplan) and strong analytical capabilities.
- Agility & Communication: Scrum certification, hands-on experience with agile methodologies, and fluency in French and English for effective collaboration.
