As a Consultant (f/m/d) in the field of Strategy & Culture with a focus on Strategy & Organizational Consulting, you will be responsible for tasks on our projects in the financial service industry. You will advise our clients on the development of strategic visions and strategies to unleash their full potential in an increasingly challenging environment. Additionally, you will shape and support the organizational development of our clients in alignment with the developed strategy. To do so, you will take on diverse responsibilities:
  • As an individual within an interdisciplinary team, you're always one step ahead of our clients' questions
  • In a multi-faceted and constantly evolving financial world, you develop new business, IT, and digitization strategies for our clients
  • You formulate compelling visions, innovative concepts, and sustainable solutions using modern and interactive facilitation and communication methods
  • Leveraging our architecture-based transformation framework, you guide our clients along complex processes of change
  • Early in your career, you take on responsibility for our collective success

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

  • An excellent university degree in (Business) Psychology, Sociology, Communication Sciences, (Business) Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Economics or a comparable field of study - preferably with relevant focuses such as Finance, Management or Banking
  • Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in the areas of strategy, corporate, and/or organizational development
  • High motivation, above-average dedication and a high degree of self-organization
  • You are an engaged team player with a strong sense of responsibility, coupled with a solution and service-oriented approach
  • You are persuasive by your empathy, logical thinking, and well-developed communication skills in both German and English
  • You have already gained initial experience in applying agile and interactive project management methods, as well as modern facilitation and workshop techniques
